We get inundated with queries however most of the answers can be found either on our booking information and terms and conditions of hire document (available above) or from the information below.
Costumes are booked on a first come first serve basis. It’ll take us some time to get through each request but we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
Once we have your booking and measurement forms we will contact you to let you know what costumes are available for your measurements and preferences. We’ll send you photos for you to choose from.
Once you have selected your costume, this is reserved for you for the festival and an invoice will be sent to confirm your booking.
Your costume will then be ready for collection from our Pop-up shop or delivered to your accommodation in Bath for the Festival.
Yes. All costumes are carefully selected and fitted based on your measurements. Comfort and authenticity are equally important to us.
We’re human and sometimes we get it wrong; usually from incorrect measurements! In this case we will alter the ill fitting item/costume where possible or we’ll provide you with an alternative item/costume.

Of course! We’re located in Frome, just 30 minutes outside of Bath. Costumes are booked on a first come first served basis so it’s best to book an appointment as soon as possible.
We hope you’re able to make the most of the 4 day hire option however if you only need it for 1 or 2 days we unfrotunately cannot offer a discounted rate. The amount of time and effort we put into each order is the same, regardless of how long you need the costume.

Women:
If hiring a daywear costume, evening accessories can also be hired for an additional £50. Evening accessories include: shawl, hair accessory, choker, gloves & fan.
Parasol available for additional £15.
Men:
Boots £20
Top Hat £15
Cane £8
All additional accessories are subject to sizing and availability. Unfortunately due to demand, additional women’s daywear accessories are unavailable.
The Pop-up shop is conveniently located in Bath. The address and hours will be provided with your invoice once your costume booking has been confirmed. If you’re local and collection from our wardrobe in Frome is easier, just let us know and we’ll make the arrangements.
You certainly can and we highly recommend you do so. Our team are on hand to ensure the costume fits well and complete any adjustments if required.

Women:
Heels would not be worn. Pumps are more suitable.
Hair should be worn up (not half up, half down)
Dress hems should sit at the ankle. Dresses that are too long are unsuitable for dancing.
Men:
Boots are not worn to balls or dances
